"I've been walking (with a mask on) from about 7 to 9pm in my neighborhood each evening. It allows me to get my 10,00 steps in a day in a much more relaxed way. I use the time to explore new streets, take in views of the water, and discover small businesses I can support with a pickup. I try to group as many calls as possible (that don't require being near a computer!) during that time so that I'm not on Zooms all day. I also randomly call my friends — you'll be surprised who picks up. Enjoy the unexpected catch-up."
