Cope with collective trauma

When coping with the collective trauma we're experiencing right now, it’s important to understand that every person’s reaction to trauma is different and there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to respond. One way to cope is to help reassure yourself that your reaction is normal for you and to not question it in comparison to others.
