Reprogram your mind from bed

"My confidence has been low since I lost my job and the sense of uncertainty in the recent months hasn't helped.  So I did some research and happened across the concept of reprogramming by Bruce Lipton also known as rewiring your subconscious before and as you sleep. Typically I had found myself having sleepless nights as I am sure many of us have have and was grateful to find something positive to do before I fell asleep. I found a channel that specializes in subconscious programming while you sleep on Youtube (for free) and have since purchased directly from the website.
