Go for a run around your neighborhood

"Every morning when I get up, I eat a little breakfast and then I go for a run. I've found that if there is anything you get out of this, it is to run. It calms me in ways I didn’t think possible. The treadmill really isn’t the same as running outdoors and seeing nature and other humans (of course 6 feet apart)! I’m trying to stay in the most shape that I can and it feels nice to release my own energy and get out in the world. "- Claire
